WTS World was ment to be a Multiplayer Mod Only - by now the mod has reached a huge complexity so a stable SP conversion would be too much effort. And tIn Menu it says "Instable"
The reason why you can't dock at Planet Earth relies to the Multiplayer mode - You actually start there in MP and you are not supposed to get back later for certain reasons.

yes, this is a most common bug in this version that gets fixed in the next release. You can request a unban in forums.
