I'm a fan of Star Wars mods for games like Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. I'm currently in the process of making a mod using a template mod from Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. The title of the mod under development is called "Star Wars: Rise of the Shadows." The mod is somewhat based off a fictional timeline setting in the Star Wars universe between Episode 4: A New Hope and Episode 6: Return of the Jedi, but mainly between Episodes 4 and 5. Basically the characters in the mod are based from a plot revolving around a recently formed Underworld confederation network between various members of criminal networks such as the Zann Consortium, the Hutt Cartel, and the Black Sun; all of whom conspire with an emerging regime in Geonosis in liberating the planet from Imperial occupation. During this plot the Rebel Alliance look favorably upon this criminal network as potential allies in their ensuing struggle against the Galactic Empire.

hey can i ask you how you got them fraps video capture to work it just frezzes when i use it with my mod
After I downloaded the fraps, all I do is click on the shortcut to make sure it is on, before I go into test playing the game. I have the camera button as F3 and the video capture button as F4. Unfortunately, I don't know how to troubleshoot your problem because my laptop hasn't encountered that problem. However, I probably would suggest playing with the game screen options menu to see if the buttons on your computer for the camera don't conflict with the ones you have set for using the fraps camera and video recording. Sorry man that's the best I can come up with in helping.
Back from my friend's wedding in Vegas. For those interested about the "Rise of the Shadows" mod, I plan to work on it this week in my downtime when not in college. I'll issue a news update and some more photos on it later this week. Ciao.

@dj5555: Thanks, I'm glad that you like the development of the mod so far. Your's looks like it's coming out really good as well. As far as the idea of the background plot of the mod "Rise of the Shadows", it was my own idea. I'm a fan of the Geonosians and their culture (which kind of reminds me of my Roman ancestors' culture with the whole gladiator arena concept) from the Clone Wars setting as well as the whole Underworld/Crimelord theme from Shadows of the Empire. So I thought it would be cool if I combine those ideas in setting up a background plot transition after the Clone Wars and during the Classic Trilogy timeline that gives closure and redemption to the Geonosians in reclaiming their planet while setting up the transition of the crimelords becoming more powerful which leads up to eventual Shadows of the Empire plot.

No, I haven't but I hope someday I will see it. It's kind of embarrassing being an Italian-American who knows a lot about Roman history but hasn't stepped foot on Rome, or Italy for that matter. I've seen a lot of pictures of the Coliseum. My favorite ones are with the cross erected in the interior to pay tribute to the Christians that were unfortunately martyred.
i went there a few years ago if you ever go i surgest rome and pompei the view from the top of mt.vesuvios is amazing (sorry if i mis-spelt anything im not good with names)
Yeah, believe me if I go, the first place will be Rome/Roma. You can't be an Italian-American and not go there first when you're in Italy/Italia. After that I would probably make my way South to Pompeii, Naples/Napoli, and Bari since I'm of Southern Italian descent. Thanks for the tourist suggestion.

Yeah that's why I'm happy that I have an Italian mom that cooks for me, sometimes though I like to cook Italian myself food also. Hey, you guys in Britain do have Italian restaurants though, right? Hopefully they're good for food also I would assume. Well, if there is any consolation, British food is probably my second or third favorite European food after Italian and maybe German, especially Yorkshire pudding and beef Wellington. I'm part British on my dad's side but unfortunately nobody on my dad's side of the family really cooks English or Scottish food that I'm aware of.
well alot of british food is nice yorkshire puddings are nice as well as beef although fish and chips is nice aswell. i do belive we can take credit for the sandwich as well
