You've done a wonderful job, but I've got a small problem. I can't see the Mugshot and the helmet overlay, even though they're turned on in the visor options.
I wonder if Duke Nukem himself will make a special guest appearance one day...
If you start a new game after the Paradigm Echaton attack the base and you get the new one. (which looks pretty amazing if I do say so.) You wind up back at the old one. As I'd rather not go through the Gaza Pyramids a second time.
That shotgun bug that sometimes plagues the KSG-12 is still around. Any luck for a fix in the upcoming patch?

Very strange. I deleted my GZDoom .ini file and for some reason the HUD icons for the mutator spheres have reappeared.
I'm using RC7 with GZDoom 3.7.2. I pick up the spheres, but they don't register on the HUD once you do so.
Now that's one big bang...
Mutator Spheres have broken again...

The timer doesn't show up, even when it's enabled in the Visor Options. You see the grenade tag, but doesn't tell you how many grenades you have left. Another fact is I'm using GZDoom 3.7 x64 w/ BD V21 RC5
I've done a bit of digging and it seems that it's GZDoom 3.7 that's causing the problem. 3.5 and 3.6 don't break it.
Needs an update... As the Timer and Grenade count are broken on newer builds.
Let's hope that it's released on New Year's Eve, or the first week of 2019.

For some reason, the Spheres from the mutators doesn't show on the hud once you pick them up.

Know of a way that I could fix the annoying 'PowerQuadDamageST' is not a type of powerup error rather than just relying on you to keep fixing it every time your HUD gets updated?
Thanks. I'll take Double Damage over Quad Damage anyday. To me, Quad Damage is usually associated with Quake.

EDIT: It only appears as I commented it out of the Mutator, as I don't like using it.
