It usually happens when you either reload with ammo still in the chamber with reserve ammo being lower than the tube size. Or reload from empty with no reserve ammo left. I'm using the Tarkov Pack w/ Slug Shells.

Sometimes, the shotgun reloads when there is no reserve ammo left.

MG42 & Nuke Launcher sprites are still invisible in Melee Start mode.

Some of the weapon sprites are invisible. You don't notice until you suddenly pick them up. Even when I blast a Mancubus or Revenant apart to take their weapons, they disappear after they stop bouncing.

For some odd reason, the mugshot no longer shows. Even when it's enabled in the Visor options.
