It's a bit of an annoying bug I know, there are supposed to be scenes for it but they never seem to load up :\ Maybe I'll just remove the ability to walk around in it till I get it to work.

Custom Battles should work, but if you are talking about the quick battles from original, they are not in Warband.
I don't think you can play mods on warbands demo at all, if you have tried it and it does work then there is no reason this mod won't work on the demo as well.
When enough changes have been made that it warrants a new one, at the moment there are a few problems with it that need to be addressed before release.
It's a hobby born from reading too many books :P
I'm an artist in training, but writing will always be a cool past time of mine. I really should get back into writing these, but I guess mod development is more important at the moment

Yeah, those are placeholder names, if you ever get a quest involving one of them, then you can go to that entry in note and click "Show on map". For now anyway, next patch those doubles should all be gone.
Lol, I think quite a few characters are missing shirts (but thankfully not pants!), its a bug I haven't fixed due to it not being particularly game breaking. but certainly ruins the immersion to see a Colonial Lord wandering around his castle in nothing but light pants. If I can figure it out, this may be fixed for the next version.

It's really frustrating to see time fly by while I am stuck doing university work. But looking at the amount of work done since I last updated, it's quite possible to be in the next few weeks

They are only sold in Empire port towns; Port Horizon, Whitcliffe, Silver Shore and Seflans Harbour. You can also find a gun trader in the tavern at Silver Shore.
But ammunition can be hard to come by, it is sold at the same places, though.
Pretty cool, ended up spending (wasting) over half an hour on the seventh level with 2 friends!

Its great, I like where this is going. Do you intend for the explorers to start building houses and such, or is the primary goal to survive, gather and explore?

There are a few of the team's characters as companions, such as Lyon and Shesses, although they didn't use their profile name. Just be careful with Crossbow Joe, he is a little bit unstable ;)
There is more than one cave location, I believe Mountaintops castle, Karkan Ranges prison etc.
I don't think the hair goes through any hats or helmets.
Although for some of the headgear the problem is that to remove that I had to remove the hair when it was put on. Can make for some funny looks when wearing a hat. Only on a few is it particularly noticeable though

Or if that wasn't your question; I am not currently working on it, swamped with work, but will be coming back to it wholeheartedly in a few weeks.
You might as well have asked me to code in flying dragon mounts which shoot fire :P There is a reason artillery and destructible walls is not in Native, which is mostly because it would be exceedingly hard and probably buggy. There are a few ways but it wouldn't work ideally and would cause some problems.
If such a possibility to add this feature comes up (I know some mods are attempting it) then I might add it in, but until then there are some more important features to implement such as sea travel and battles ;)
Regional recruiting, wherein depending on where you recruit the troops they will change. Allowing for several troop trees in the one faction.
Currently I am implementing a few new minor factions.
Of particular importance is sea travel, of which I am having difficulty implementing.
Quests must be added as well.
Right now I am revamping the snakes, giving them a new troop tree and new armour and weapons

Thats because there are no New Elgante servers online, what you are joining is either another mods server or native itself. Since you are running a different module to the one the server is running it directs you to the taleworlds forum to find that mod.
My apologies for the lack of a server but I can only get one up every now and then for multiplayer events. Keep your eyes open for announcements of one coming up.
Of course the singleplayer is the main aspect of this mod, so make sure to give that a try ;)
