Yeah what is going on with the site and forums? I cant find a link to the forums on the site and the old(?) forums haven't been updated since the end of june.

Is Ryell dead?

I don't understand why Spartan is insistent on taking a dump on your work. Can someone fill me in? He's posted way to many times(5!) to not be enraged about the utter existence of this mod. He's also way beyond constructive criticism. Flamer? or a five year old?

I certainly enjoyed this mod and look forward to installing it for Vietnam. You guys did a great job, and you must've been very quick about it: I Remember playing what felt like a complete game a year and a half a go with your first version. Fun times. Thanks for all your hard work.

This SUCKS. I literally have memories of this place. I spent years asking my parents to download stuff, and going and d/l-ing all the BF1942 mods I could ever want. I don't think they realize that for many mods, this is the final place where all of them are still d/l-able. I seriously thought about this recently: I thought about backing up all my favotite BF42 skinpacks, maps, and mods to an external HDD. Then I thought, no need! Filefront and all its game specific sites will always be there, after all: thats where I had gotten all my stuff before! this is obviously not the case, and I am ******.

I played the original GFM for CODUO and I was amazed, Especially with the GFM SP demo. PLease focus more on the SP campaign because it will probably get more players. heres why: when you go online inn a mod where it is based on a game with no good options as far as for browsing for specific mods, you have trouble finding servers. I people cant find servers, they wont play obviously, what if you mod gets out and has maybe 10 players consistently online for about 2 months. what happens after 2 months? no players. That's where SP comes in. people can always play SP.That's mainly the reason I still play Mods like XWW2 and Battlegroup 42 for BF1942. SP Missions. So i think any mod with a story based SP campaign will get that many more players. I also love how you wait to make updates and put like 40,000 images in there. Sweet. Anyway good liuck and dont die!

This Mod Looks sweet. Really Awesome. I have always wanted to do this for Day Of Defeat Source. This Looks to be better than anything Ive ever seen. It always seems like when someone make Carentan or Brecourt stating it's from BoB it seems like it's completely inaccurate, as far as the film goes./ Judging by your latest Carentan + Brecourt screens, looks like you been doing a little research. Good Luck, this mod is far too important to die, being one of the only mods that has shown good progress regarding one of the best pieces of film ever made (in my opinion...). Thanks and good luck...
