Quite late response, on avatar is actor, but no that one who you mention, this guy is played "Captain" in russian trash movie called "Green Elephant", pretty funny and weird movie, but it may be unclear if you don't have knowledge of russian language, I live in post-USSR country, most people including me are russian-speaking.
