Dont know how often you guys check this, but I need some help.
Great job on the project, its amazing. Just one issue, the editor crashes immediately when I try to open it, it just displays the standard "Program encountered error, needs to shut down" error : \
This is happening with release 20110511, on Windows XP.
The game runs fine, and I played a match on RA.

If im correct the knife texture in the OICW folder was for a Bayonet.

Ok, the mod is NOT dead.
Blackmesasource.com is still being updated frequently with new images, including lots of new information on the "Wiki". Combined with lots of Forum activity, I would assume the mod is still alive.

You have to excuse the long wait for this mod, its being developed by a rather mid sized team that are all doing it on there free time, they are not getting payed for this and have more important things to do.

Fancy, a new Single Player campaign? I was kind of hoping for a remake of Renegades campaign, but this is good to...

I did not enjoy it to much, but I guess that is only because I am a huge fan of Chrono Trigger and this one just doesn't live up to it for me.

If there is one thing I want in this mod, it is the Wario Arena map from Mario Kart 64, that map is the best, and none of the new wario stadium maps have done it justice, could you guys remake that map? OR even better, make a variation, so it feels the same but is not exactly the same and boring for that.

Although visuals look nice, they should NEVER be the main focus, the main focus should always be Gameplay, wtf is a game without gameplay? A movie!

Honestly if you really want this to take off you are going to probably need models that are higher poly then the original game, instead of half the polys, and it would help to be able to enter buildings.

I would look actively for a team, because with something like this you are not getting far on your own.

I heard you guys are looking for modelers?
I can model props or stuff that you might need, unless you want to use brushwork for them. I can not rig or animate in any way though, I can only make models themselves. I can not Character model but I can weapon model to a extent. Mostly I make props.

I am trying to join a server in Insurgency. First time I tried I timed out..
Second it crashed with a C++ runtime error :|

Check your steam list, is there two entrys in "games" labbeled "Insurgency"? Click the other is there is and that one should work

Hey guys, well I am running into a major issue that is ******* me off.

I installed Battlegrounds, played it twice.
Then I go to play it and the background shows up, but there is no logo and no text at all on the menu, making it impossible to play it!

In the "Console" I am recieving this error:

"Hud element 'CHudHintKeyDisplay' doesn't have an entry 'HudHintKeyDisplay' in scripts/HudLayout.res"

Reinstalling helped, but I played once. It worked. I go back a week later to play and its happend again :\

Really can not wait! There should be maps from the SNES game revamped, that would be the tits ^_^.
