I think you're just seeing things. There are plenty of male and female leaders spread throughout the game. While some of them are cliche tropes I agreed removing was fine, others... not so much?
Especially considering the original Fallout games (1 & 2) that were rife with the same thing, though on a slightly different level, with much the same humor sewn between. Were there badass girl bosses overdoing it in Fallout 1 and 2? Yeah, a handful come to mind.
One even rapes you if you have low intelligence in 2.
It's literally just you guys using the word "Woke" again, repeatedly, in the face of obvious political preferences strewn throughout the game. In the default game itself, they never openly express themselves being superior by being female, or of a certain ethnicity (which this game also annihilates, despite Bostom having the 17th highest black population in the US in 2020, which is probably greater by the 2100s), nor do they hold it over anyone's head.
This is literally seeing women, blacks, and other ethnicities in positions of power and white-washing them for no reason beyond skin color and gender.
It's not authentic, it's just meh.

There's no anti-white propaganda in this game. Can you guys stop saying that? Only racists and the utter mess that is the GOP use the word "Woke" to refer to someone else.
As for the mod itself, it's nice to see Boston get properly represented, but I think some of the changes were unnecessary (the Asian connection, for instance, that dates back to Fallout 3 and the Chinese Remnants), and Preston being changed (Black people made up a good portion of Boston, it holds as of 2020, the 17th-largest metropolitan Black population in the country with just over 480,000 people).
As for being more "Gritty and realistic", did any of you (not talking about the Devs anymore, but a lot of the comments popping up) actually /play/ Fallout? The very original? It's full of gore and the color brown, but the dialogues are anything but serious. They're often quirky, amusingly hostile, and the game itself is covered in its own jokes.

Pack is broken, for whatever reason. Crashes immediately upon trying to start. No other mods installed, only this and Anomaly 1.5.1.

This mod was... interesting.
Bad textures, weird unit designs, and generally a lot of the development seemed to be just you guys showing off ******** no one really cared about.

I really love the mod, but lately I've had a problem with it where, whenever I try to use weapon mods with it (from your recommended list with the latest GZDoom), all the enemies turn into default zombiemen/imps etc.
