Why is this game so expensive on desura? Its only 9.99 Euro on Steam, Gamersgate, Beamdog, Stardock etc.

Really bad support for desura :( I've written an E-Mail to Puppy Games "Please update the Revenge of the Titans version to the latest." Answer: "I keep forgetting to keep Desura updated! I will try to remember to do it tomorrow." ...on may 31!
We are paying 19,99 Euro! So please...update the game or remove it... -.-
