Chaosoft Games' most recent title is EvilQuest, an action/RPG with retro bit-style graphics. EvilQuest puts a twist on the genre by placing the player in the role of a villain bent on world domination rather than the traditional role of a hero saving the world. Chaosoft Games consists of the two founding members, Forrest McCorkle (Lead Programmer, Music) and Josh Ferguson (Lead Artist, Music/Sound, as well as Michael Hogan (artist). EvilQuest launched on Xbox Live Indie Games on January 4, 2012 and is available for 80 MSP ($1 US). A PC version of EvilQuest will follow soon.
EvilQuest comes to PC on Desura on February 29, 2012. After a successful launch on Xbox Live Indie Games earlier this year, this new Action/RPG brings the evil to Windows PC. Take on the role of Galvis, a Dark Knight in pursuit of revenge & ultimate power. Along the way, you'll unlock ancient secrets, discover powerful weapons and items, and destroy anyone foolish enough to stand in your way. Become the villain and conquer the world!
