Hi, when I go to 'get' Steam key from my list on Desura it says that all keys are in use and to contact an administrator.
I have just connected and signed up to your site as suggested. Does it take a bit after registering before Steam keys are given
here on Desura?
*Duplicated in PM as well but posting this here in case it doesn't go through*
Yup! wO0t! Good timing, Indie Royale!
I wish Desura had a wishlist so that we could keep track of games that we can't currently afford - The game's name is going to be a bit difficult to remember. lol
Quite impressive and very remeniscent of one of those hidden gems on the Playstation 2.
Awesome game but was lost when I had to begin listening to and repeating notes on the staff - I'm terrible with music.
Key for "Beta Invite" on Desura - The Desura version I'm assuming is the exact same work-in-progress version on Steam. It works
But as I mentioned in PM I think some people prefer the stability of Valve's client more. Desura also normally does not host DLC if any is ever made nor does it feature Steam's Worshop.
I dont' have a Steam key under collection just a Beta invite for Desua (tried the key on Steam and it doesn't work there)
Hi, there is a message in-game that control settings can be configured in the game's configuration file - Where is that stored?
Thanks - I've got it running now.
Looks like it's going to need to some more patching a long the way but a pretty supreme effort considering this was made by just two people with nearly no support.
In contrast to the many other platformers released over the past two years this is one of the better ones considering the open-ended way you can short-cut your way through levels using different abilities and the RPG-like thing going on with weapons and skills.
I've grown tired of other current platformers because they tend to focuse mostly one concept (and it always seems to be telekenisis). For instance as pretty and polished as "BeatBuddy": the environments don't change very much and getting through the levels all require strict applicaiton of the main gimmick.
With Tompi I've noticed much more non-linearity like wall jumping to a higher level rather than using the provided and suggested springboard in front of you. Offers a lot more for speed runners to work with.
The two main bugs I'm hitting right now are the hat propeller not working at the point where it's first introduced (this seems to happen if you stop and hesitate reading the sign demonsrating how to use the hat properller) and also losing two lives if you fall in a spike pit becaue the first respawn places you immediately back in the spikes before the game realizes it should respawn you back on solid ground before the pit you fell in.
Uh....new DRM has locked me out the game?
There's no option to log into the account I created originally. It only asks me to go through the entire registration process again and claims there already exists an account with my credentials...
Will the game on here be finished just as well as Steam's version or will we have to move over to Steam upon completion?
Ummm.....my save game is a goner. Wondering if it might have to do with this recent update?
Wow, haven't been back to this one in awhile but still close to the top of my backlog. Good to see recent activity on this board.
So...still in Beta? When do you guys figure the final game will be ready?
Good game way back on initial release so I imagine whatever updates have been done since have made it much better.
It's been a couple day there...nothing has shown.
Gamestand finally asked for my Paypal receipt...which I sent - then they disappeared.
Is Indie GameStand out of keys for GOG? I was an original supporter and have this on Desura but just spent the extra dollar for a GOG key which Gamestand did not add to my Game Wallet.
Very beautiful game (especially at $0.75)!
Only complaint is that my widescreen forces it into a 1024 x 768 letterbox with no res options.
And so I pulled down the door to my attic for the first time and all of Oknitt fell out onto my face.
Can't complain too much though. I only consider this 35 cents of the 2.35 I spent for the bundle.
Ah, more of that Uber Original combat that we just can't get enough of.
So I was told there's another (more expensive) version of this that doesn't use a mircro-transaction shop?
I was also told there was 360 game pad support but thhhppppppttttt
Ha! The cellphone guys!
Hey, looks good and I'll eventually grab it anyway but any chance there's local multiplayer on this?
That's perfectly fine..from the bit I played of Tompi, when I had it installed last year, I think a second simeatanious player would slow me down. TBH I didn't even realize you had planned for a second player - Unless you were going to do like the old NES games where the game turned over player two's turn each time you lost a life.
Restarted game with the boy with the sword - He's 4x's easier to use.
Yeah, definitely not strong enough for this ice boss the mage character never picked up a weapon.
I tried grinding but it's going to take way too long. Looks like I'll have to start the entire game over from the start.
