Still not working, The folder is in the sourcemods folder. The folder which contains the mod files.
Is there a new steam update happened or something that you have to do before mods appear in your library?

Hi, I havent played source mods in like 10 years. How do I get it to show up in my library, I've moved the folder into the sourcemods folder and installed Source SDK 2013, the mod is not showing up even after restarting steam.

I think many people ignore your crowdfunding campaign and do not donate because you are in the end, developing just a mod for a game. But saying that, still StarCrafts mod got it's funding. I do hope you find a good way to continue development.
