I really assumed the Federation Class would of been it, but now I am not sure what it could be..

My biggest problem if anything was it made it almost sound like evolution itself was a god and making choices as if sentient.

An interesting moral discussion though.

Actually I believe that part didn't get put on-screen, but was stated to be part of it by the writer.

I sat here thinking since I got off work on how my mind has been as of late. On the rough patch that I've hit for three years and being reminded of my past... The theme of the Borg from Armada kept creeping into my mind at work..

Why? I don't know.

But seeing this released and making me think about the two games and people's memories of them as they tried to make a mod to fit into a world without many good Star Trek games of the past...

I have to say thanks for keeping the memory of such games and memories. Glad we had everyone that worked on this mod.

Is the Kelvin going to be rather large (almost twice or more the size of the Constitution Class)?

I never got to read the reference book ( I assume some of this was part of the 150 Years stuff) and didn't realize this happened in it.

Did they even honor them in the book?

I think he just means that the Ginyu Force wasn't doing enough of their poses.

It probably wouldn't be that much of a bother if they updated the look of it...to a degree. Adding stuff that makes it really confusing on how ships look just as or even more advance than ships meant to be in the future does hurt it though.

Just look at things like Gabriel Koerner's update of the USS Enterprise. It's an update and looks like something that fits into the era a lot more than these new designs do even the Kelvin.

I always find it interesting how in almost every alternate history that the Klingons are far stronger than the Federation, yet not in the Prime Timeline.

You think the Galaxy Class would live up to surpassing or being equal to the length of time the Excelsior stayed in the fleet? I always wondered what ship would be the next Excelsior.

Well the first time was really an odd victory, but the second time made a bit more sense...to be fair.

Depends on the god they follow. Borg would be a fun little idea in the 40k universe if they survive it long enough to adapt... Then we'd have some trouble with the Borg.

I always hated that the thing had Quantum Torpedoes, yet we didn't see much use of them with the Cardassians otherwise... I wonder what the Dominion thought of them though.

Aww. I was hoping the hints of V'ger being somewhat of a creation of the Borg or the creator of them would be there. Weird theory on all of it either way.

It's not super far fetched since the ideas of old TOS ships fit into the idea that Starfleet liked to make their ships similar in design. Especially if you look up the released technical manuals.

That is a question. Is that ship going to be movie size? I know they had it nearly the size of a Galaxy class then a little smaller. Which size?

I don't mind how it is set up. I mean lore-wise it feels a tad wrong, but game-wise I am fine with it.
