I've made some progress on getting pyzzle (myst-like game engine) play nice with py2exe. I put together a little tech demo of my game, and used py2exe to turn it into an executable without a dependancy for having python or pygame installed. The demo lets you take a short look around a bedroom, and lets you examine things like the desk, a potted plant, and a bed. There is still a lot of work to do, but said work will eventually get done.

Although I have been a member for years, I did not think of becoming more active in the community until now. For those of you who don't know who I am: My name is Eric, or Barkmoone when online, and I am a amateur game developer. I am currently developing a M Y S T-like game as a solo project. The game will be called "Between Worlds". It uses the Pyzzle game engine, which runs off of Pygame, a python module. Interestingly enough, most game data is stored in sql database files. Just a fun fact there. Anyways, I will be active in this community and will post progress of my game whenever said progress is made. It is currently a "One Man Show", so dont expect tons of content in a short period of time.
