I am a bit busy with school right now, but I should be able to try again once this week is over.

I have been playing newer games recently so I know my drivers and DirectX are up to date. I haven't really touched the basic options, really just working on the advanced page. Sorry that I didn't mention this previously.
Just to be clear, should I be installing into /Ubisoft/Farcry folder?

I have found out what was causing the problems:
-Environment quality higher than medium screws the plant textures up
-Lighting quality other than low causes the plants to turn colors/disappear entirely.

In the base game, the only problem I had was that it gave me critical exceptions. Downloading this mod has fixed that, so I really appreciate that.

I'll keep trying out the settings.

I have texture problems when using this mod. I have had plants turn colors or have blocky textures. I can't set the environment quality higher than medium, or it causes these problems. However, I lose a lot of the plants and foliage. I wonder if anyone else has encountered these problems.
