Hey, Im Doing the competion u mentioned on the rising update.
Points Required to Unlock: 40
Name: Soldier Boy
Description: starts with a m16 and deals more damage since he was in the army.
Dev Notes: could be the best upgrade, but the hardest to get.(if there isn't a m16 then make it a shotgun with laser dot)

I had an interesting idea about ammo distribution in The Rising. What if, instead of casually dropping the clip on the floor, the player held out the clip and could give it to another player at free will. Like say, the pills and adrenaline from Left 4 Dead(2).
