The digital version for FEAR, including GOG and sTEAM really screwed the community over. You can't actually use these tools with those versions. At least in my case.

I actually had to a pirate copy in order to use the SDK, which came with the game.

Another way to use this tool is to use it for FEAR Combat, the remnant community of one of the best shooters ever, which barely has 300 people.
