Okay, thanks. Now, exactly what version of the Steam Half-Life do I need? The orginal or Half-Life: Source? I can get it on Steam for $10, and I am willing to pay that just to get the Afriad of Monsters mod.

Is there a Legacy mod that will fix the exception violation error? Or do I have to get a new video card?

Someone told me that this mod is only for the Steam version or the WON version of Half Life. I know what the Steam version is (it's the one that you download through Valve's Steam service), hut what is the WON version?
