Perhaps I could. I'm still organizing the file so that you can use separate versions for each mod instead of just using one file for every single mod.

I actually have been thinking of making a version for GFM however GFM is a very active mod so it gets updated quite frequently so some of my changes might go obsolete as well as having to add more names because if I am not mistaken GFM has a dynamic nations submod so I would have to create names for dominions and other countries. Also I have been pretty busy lately but I will take your consideration and do some work so that this mod can be compatible with GFM.

Download the file and then go to the localization folder. The drop the file there.

You have to download the file first and then unzip it. Once you have completed that, go to your Victoria 2 folder and then open the file called "localisation". Place the file inside that folder. If you want to use this with other mods, just open the folder called "mod" and then select the mod with which you want to combine with this mod, and placed this mod inside that mod's "localisation" folder.

Just tried it out now and its really beautiful! You did a great job with this.

I used HBM in very first file I posted, followed by TGC in the next 3, and GFM for the newest file I posted.

I appreciate the help you have given me for my mod. Regarding why Poznań had German Names in my mod was because depending on the mod you were using for Vic2, Poznań tends to be a client state under Prussia so giving it a German Name at the time seemed good until I realized that it would look bad if Poznań became independent and kept the German Names (Sadly the names aren't that dynamic in Vic2 so it can't change depending on who owns it).
