Partial damage

This week I worked on the “Partial damage”

I tried to give player a little more chance to survive and this is what I come up to: if the player's ship is sideswiped it doesn't explode, instead only the hitten wing is damaged.

This partial damage is automatically recovered in a few seconds BUT during this time the player can only rotate using the intact wing.

In other words he must endure rotating only in one direction till the recover is fully completed.

1. Enemies now can shoot with various weapons, including self guided missiles
2. Player ship explosion
3. Player ship regeneration

Activated collision detection and a basic cannon.
Now it's possible to shoot and destroy the incoming enemies.

Just added some enemies moving in various formations.

Since there is no collision detection, they are completely harmless...for now!

TORSION is a shoot'em up arcade game with all the classics (huge waves of enemies, a lot of weapons and final bosses).

The game is a 'tube shooter' in which the action is presented in a forced 3D perspective.
It's the same perspective used by Gyruss with a significant difference: the camera is fixed on the player's ship and it's all the universe that turns around.

For now I can show a lone spaceship flying in the deep empty space...
