Friend I played your mod and it was fantastic, I just wanted to tell you if maybe you could create a new version of xash but for the half life as you use your ESHQ mod.

You can know, because this engine is now very limited, since many graphics engines for quake such as quakespam, requiem, GlQrack (I fall in love with this), FTE and others allow almost everything, but is not it?

Does not support models (md3, md2, hl model)

Does not allow shadows

I used this graphic engine and I can tell you that it is the most boring graphic engine I have ever seen.

I am very annoyed with this new change of xash3D that instead of improvement gets worse, it is not supposed that "xash3d" has to be the graphic improvement of half life and not make silly copies of classic graphics engines that no one is interested anymore, xash3d use years in all updates as a graphic objection and as an appearance to the graphic of half life 2 beta. I fell in love with this graphic since it has improvements for the game although in others it does not.

I'll tell you some things that bothered me about this xash3d.

. Removed support for external textures
. No dynamic light on weapons (dlight)
. It has no shadow support. (at least as optional)
. The light of the flashlight makes shine in the whole model for the simple fact that it resembles a gold source that does not even look the same as it barely shines on the model leaving shadowed edges only leaving behind without light.
. Xash now eats all the graphic memory of the cpu giving lag.

I write all this because it is a graphic complaint that I loved before and now you are ruining it, for as long as I use the Magic Nipples xash3d since it is much better than this boring xash3d and I will use it until they improve this xash3d and if They do not, forget it.

Although there are so much bugs, very annoying and rare, but if anyone of you have a good knowledge of coding then the mod will be either playable or you may also do it independent on the basis of xash3D.

- remove the damn function, which causes missing textures in maps and models of insurance in the xash.dll you will have a stupidity-based drivers graphics.

- Have texture support for hd formats including gpj, jpg2, png, tga and bmp.
