Wrong, the name "Final Fantasy" has been bought by square and there fore is property of square ( or square enix ) there for it can not be used...

its like calling your company Nintendo or sony.. but saying its ok cause you dont make any money... you still cant do it, i declared this mod dead because it wont be able to use the name while in public beta so in essence ff vii source is dead because a mod with that name cant be released it must undergo a name change if it ever wants to reach public
