Doorways: Chapter 1 & 2

Game review

Excellent and unique horror game which has a bright future. Can't wait to experience the second chapter. One of my favourite indie horrors for sure =)

Mr. Coffee's Deconstruction

Game review

It's free, it has a lot of content, it's simple yet so fun to play, and the concept is very interesting and nicely executed. A great way to kill some time, Mr Coffee's Descontruction is hard not to love =)

Evoland

Game review

Evoland is a fantastic advert for indie gaming. It’s exactly why I love supporting indie and being so personally involved in it. The game is creative, charming, quirky, unique, highly entertaining and wonderfully nostalgic, and it really is a joy to play and experience. Ultimately it will be old-school adventure fans or those who appreciate creativity and innovation that will find the most to love here, and there truly is a lot to love. Furthermore, a great part of what makes it an exciting prospect is that its concept of evolution has the potential to be expanded and taken to other genres or contexts, which would be awesome to see. For now, however, Evolands is a stand-out title, and an absolute must-play.

Eleusis

Game review

Full review: Egamer.co.za

Eleusis is extremely well-made, and a top quality production. It may be expensive, but there’s no denying that a lot of effort was put into it. The narrative however is the main attraction, but the gameplay unfortunately has the potential to detract from it. If you’re not adverse to thorough exploration and old-school item hunting, the great narrative will definitely pull you in and you’ll love this experience. But for the more modern or impatient gamer, it could easily get tedious or frustrating. I enjoyed my time with Eleusis, but almost all of that came from the narrative and setting.

Bleed

Game review

Bleed is really an immensely entertaining game that comes with the highest recommendation. It’s just a blast to play, and it’s extremely well-made. If you’re a fan of old-school arcade shooters and platformers, then don’t hesitate to buy this because it’s absolutely worth its very reasonable asking price. Charming, funny and plenty of fun, Bleed is exactly what you want to see in indie.

One Late Night

Game review

Full review here: Egamer.co.za

Quote: "One Late Night has a few notable issues, but in the end it’s a definitely a fresh horror experience that succeeds in achieving what it strives for. The flaws it has are overshadowed by what it does really well. It’s easy to recommend, especially considering that it’s free and it’s really a high quality game."

Beast Boxing Turbo

Game review

Absolutely awesome game! I loved it. The only thing you may find yourself wishing for is a two-player versus mode, but otherwise there's everything to love about this game and almost nothing to find a problem with. It's awesome fun, and a great challenge.
