From the looks of it youre not all too strict on realism for level-design. Thats good! Keep it that way becaus in the end a game is about fun, not about realism. Some Developers seem to forget about that.

Might be because it blocks a lot of your field of vision. Theyre good for mid to longrange, but closer up youre better of firing from your hip.

Youre talking about the chinooks, yes? The buildings could use a wee bit darker tone - they look to shiny and new and thus dont blend with the battlefield/ground.

On a sidenote, pouk. Will the map-sizes remain the same? I havent played Rearm (or even just Homeworld2) in quite some time now, but thinking back I feel those long-range-missile-frigates needed some room, i think.
I remember a 4teams-match where my longranged Frigs were almost in firingrange upon leaving the berth already.
Also - in vanilla-homeworld I never felt that the Dustclouds meant much of a difference. Are they going to be changed in some way as well? (Not counting the campaignmissions - there the dustclouds actually worked against the AI)

I - finally - sat down to get going with the scribble. Turned out its quite hard to come up with anything thats -not- either a plain concept or clichè-laden. Almost all the angles and perspectives on Fighters and Warships have been done before *blinks to Starwars*

You know, pouk, why I still follow your mod and look it up from time to time even though im trying to stay away from Computergames in general due to a hectic Reallife?
Because I enjoy the way you pack some brain in your work. You actually share a thougt about what youre doing, whether it fits in the game and if it benefits the gameplay.
A shame i wont be around when youll release 0.0.3c - Ill be moving for half a year - got an internship - and I wont be able to get online during that time. Im looking forward to check your works in April next year, though. Keep it up!
