I'm not sure if what is shown in the trailer is like a brisk walk or a run, which indicates there is a problem already. Furthermore, the upper body half of that "run" cycle is terrible, especially if you're going to use it for a cinematic like that. His head just bobbles from side to side and the torso is just completely static. The arms appear to be pumping but only half way, they never seem to go out in front, or perhaps it's just the perspective. You should also give him some expression with shape keys. If you want to portray that he's terrified he shouldn't have some blank, neutral look the whole way through.
I will say for a mobile game, the outside environment looks fairly well detailed. The interior could use some help, it is looking rather bland aside from some dirty textures.
Though more on the trailer cinematic itself, I don't even understand what is happening. The character runs/briskly walks into this barn(?) for no apparent reason, keeps moving for a few seconds, then suddenly turns on a dime and just leaves?

Documentation implies a manual for using a product. A better word would be "reconnaissance". For example, "to carry out reconnaissance of this unknown place".

Not a selling point, a controller system for moving the player character is the bare minimum you need.

I would relentlessly pump out art assets for this game if it was revived. One of these PSP section games gotta make it.
That alpha demo was amazing, man. Keep it up. You're doing great. It has a very appealing style of both art and gameplay to it.
Can't believe this game is only at 41 watchers. Deserves way more.
