Good day fair people (or, if you're like me, very un-fair people) Have fun reading the inane bollocks I post up here, I might review some stuff, I might just bitch about how much I suck without making any effort to get better. I'm a VERY ameteur modder, and I'd like someone to teach me the basics of mapping, so I can be of some use to people on tis site, rather than taking up valuable space on the server's hard-drive.

well, here are some failed attempts to make models on google sketchup. as you can see, they're s***, so i've moved on to blender, and have downloaded a trial of 3ds max 2010 to see if that's any better. these are for my RA3 mod, but are not going to be in it...
It looks good, why is it so bad to you?
It's all detatched and blocky and horrible :/
