Yeah, you can get every version we are allowed to give for free (Steam allows free keys) including, Linux, Mac, Desura, Steam... And of course you will get the full game when the game is finished in a few months (and some other alpha on the way )

Remember you (and your friends :P) should vote on Steam Greenlight if you want to play Kromaia on Steam We are so close! Steamcommunity.com

Thank you! You got the idea perfectly. There is still a lot of room for improvements and new content, but it is already playable as it is.

Could you paste that comment on your review? It would be great for a review. Thanks! ;)

If you get 5 items in the score attack you should see a miniboss. At the end of the Story Mode there is another one, they will change along time, but for the moment you can find them right there.

Controls can be redefined as you want but a dual stick has some limitations. If you try something better or find a better control scheme tell us ;) Assigning a double click can add some problems and it is less intuititive but we can think about it if you believe it would work better.

About extra settings, yes, in order to let you make that sort of adjustments, options like that will be added (and some optimizations, by the way). Anyway, there is a "trick" you can try, although it's a bit drastic and is initially meant for development purposes. Surely you've seen the option Configuration -> Visual Style, which switches between normal mode and retro-mode featuring very slight scanlines(Some people would prefer these scanlines to be more pronounced/visible, so that will probably change too. :P). Well, there is another way to change visual style manually at any moment in the game, and ALSO adding an extra mode not present in the configuration menu. By pressing F5 you can switch from Normal to Retro and then to "Shaders Off" but, as I said, that measure is a bit extreme, since it affects the aesthetics, fog management and so on, as you will see. ;)

We are working on some optimizations that should improve performance, we should be able to include them in our February build, cross fingers :D

Anyone preordering will be able to play the Alpha on Jan 16th. When the game is finally released they will get the final build.

Thank you for your interest ;) We think complex games have more to offer than just images and videos, but it takes some time too and we need to make sure there are people interested out there.

We hope this post helps anyone thinking about multithreading Ogre3D. Good luck with your implementation!

We were planning different difficulty levels. The lowest one could be just a "explore the space" mode without aggressive enemies. Would it be enough for you? ;)

Anyway for "explorers" there could be some hidden elements and maybe a couple of places to visit :P

That was one the best songs we could find that fitted our game rythm and style (more or less). It just "works", in some basic level.

We looked for mixes of electronic and others (organic would be great) but we couldn't find anything as good as that one.

We can't do what you propose, we are programmers, not musicians, but thank you so much for the suggestion. If we get a musician to work with us, this will be of great help to know what to experiment with him. From the beginning we are looking for "unknown" instruments but we didn't know how to approach it. We hope we can give it a try ;)

Thanks

The music is not definitive yet, we bought that song because we needed one for our prototype and video. It can be in-game in the final version if we don't find something better.
What do you want to say about it? You can criticize freely ;)
