I've seen this little guy only in 1 single map in EP2, this zombie doesn't appear anywhere else in whole Half-life 2, and can't be made by cutting away legs.
Maybe that's an easter egg ;D
OMG, you must be running this on my old PC.
I'm only got 2-10 fps on my netbook. :(
