Just in case somebody doesn't know how to solve this and play:
Go through the folders to desura/common/rico-a-tale-of-two-brothers/ and launch Rico.sh

Loved the game :)

I got this:

wakeupcall.sh: 14: Bad substitution
./love32: error while loading shared libraries: libmodplug.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

I tried every thing that has been posted here, but it still doesn't work in my Ubuntu. I even tried to emulate it in Wine, still doesn't work :(
