When will you be putting v0.34 up? At the moment, only v0.33 is available as a standalone download.

Has this game been fixed yet? When it was released on the Gamehouse site, it was so buggy that it couldn't be played to the end. It always crashed on one of the winter levels. I just checked, and there's still not a single person over there in the forums or reviews who's said they could finish the game. :-(
You can find out before buying. Go to the game page and add /download to the address. So for this game it's Indiedb.com . That will show you all available standalone downloads for the game (including demos if available). If there are none (like this game), it's only installable through the Desura client.
EDIT: The link above goes to the right place, but apparently Desura fiddles with the visible names of all posted links. Obviously I didn't mean look at the main Desura page. :-)
Looks good! Voice work must be very subject to personal preference, because I thought the voice-over sounded good.
I haven't played Draconian Wars yet (it's on my soon-to-be-purchased list) so my comments are based on other deck-building games I've played...
I really like the consolation-card mechanic. Otherwise, as a beginner, you end up in matches against superior cards all the time, and you just lose, lose, lose, with no hope of ever getting the higher level cards you need to win.
You have a point about quick concessions though. I could see abuse of that causing a lot of gritted teeth in multiplayer. That said, I've played a lot of such games, and never once thought of tossing matches quickly to speed up my card acquisition. So, depending on the makeup of the player base, it may never be a significant issue. (Am I being too naive there?)
Trying to download the standalone installer just sends me to a 404 Not Found page. :-( Would you be able to fix that?
