The reason why there was no news here for a long time and why I cannot give an exact answer to your question is that I took a break from development to determine the future of the project.
I'm going to go to the Chinese modding community to recruit a team, as i no longer see the point in continuing to work alone. Ideally, i would improve the graphics, but at this point i already have too much work.
Make sure not to use random AI in skirmish as this option is temporarily unplayable.
Do not use factions that are not ready yet.
You may also need to create a new player profile in case of crashes.
We had a discussion on our server and I promise to think about it. I am only testing this mechanic and do not claim that it will always be so.

How so? Previously, you could put a new building into production immediately after the construction of the previous one thus getting the same result. It is just a matter of convenience and the speed of construction will not change.
If it turns out to be overpowered, which I highly doubt, I will discard this idea, that's why beta test exists.

Hello. I made these model packs for other modders and for 3d modelers. If you are one of them, it means that you already know what to do with these models. If not, then you don't need them.

Paradox team ran into many limitations that other people have since overcome. Some of the Paradox team's statements about the limitations of the Red Alert 3 engine are wrong and have been already refuted by other modders. Including the one regarding factions limit.

This is the default Red Alert 3 camera and I just haven't received any requests to change it before. Yes, it is possible, but more requests are needed for me to do this. Then, I will do a survey on which camera to keep and maybe make two versions of the mod.

Depends on how soon I find at least one more team member.
1) go down the following path C:\documents\Red Alert 3\Mods;
2) copy the mod files in that folder;
3) extract the mod files or install the mod (depending on the mods' type);
4) right click on Red Alert 3 in the Steam library and pick "properties";
5) click on the "set launch options" button;
6) type -ui and click OK;
7) once you launch the game, instead of RA3 starting immediately, a user inerface will appear. Click "game browser", select the Mods card, select the mod you wish to run and have fun
You don't need previous versions to play.
What maps? I did not include your maps in my mod as they did not meet the requirements. I have already told you about this.
About zombies, yes it is possible.
AOE healing for a $200 scout unit is too much. The way of healing cryodrones have now was chosen intentionally. I recently learned that cryodrone does not heal automatically, I will fix it in the next version.
What do you mean? You could play multiplayer since the first version.
