You need Gentool to remove the black strips from the control bar, maybe in future we will make a control bar that doesn't need Gentool
Data folder should not have INI or Scripts folders originally from ZH or other mod otherwise will conflict with the mod.

The next big thing is remaking of USA, China and GLA structures with completely new design and skins different from ZH ones. SO the mod will look like stand alone game as much as possible. Russian Structures might receive some slight improvements, but nothing drastic.
Navy is something we will decide after the structures if we have time, and will to complete since ZH engine is not suitable for naval warfare and it's waste of time to introduce it, or maybe can be introduced with just 1-2 ships and 1-2 sub and that's all.

The mod is quite well balanced for PvP gameplay. USA is maybe the strongest faction. It has really good units. Maybe you don't know yet how to utilize them.

We don't like Vanilla AI, that's why we created our own which simulate human behavior.
Easy AI is not that strong I see videos on Youtube where players are beating hard AI without complaining, so explore the mod more, be aware of the rush tactics and you will beat it.

It's not that the case with TEOD, TEOD is the best in terms of optimization and doesn't require removing FX or textures or shadows. We have some code issue which I hope I fixed. But what you suggest for sure will increase the FPS and from there maybe and the stability in LAN.
