I installed the full exe installer and clicked on that load in default browser button, I went to the site and downloaded the update, but when I launch it it still says im not up to date :/

I need help updating to v1.45 the newest one. I can't really play without it and I can't figure out how to update it :/ Yeah, should be ovbious but I'm not really able to find it. Thanks!
