This isn't a universal system though, some people (like Scott) do it differently, it's the same basic premise.

Well, let's say on a games initial release, it is version 1.0.0 or, in short, 1.0. Let's a bug was discovered, and you'd have to release an update to fix it, this would be 1.0.1, then 1.0.2, and so on... Then if you wanted to do an update, such as Update 2 for FNaF World, You would increase the middle number, and change the last number to a 0 again, ex: 1.0.3 to 1.1. For a complete overhaul, you'd change the first number, ex: 1.1 to 2.0. Hope this helped, probably explained it bad R.I.P.

It's just a number to signify which patch it is, to be able to sort out which patch fixed what for any future reference.

No, there was another one for FNaF World, a reskin of Fighter Mage Bard.

I had a problem early on in the Five Nights at Freddy's Dungeons series release (before it became popular) all I could find was Minecraft roleplay videos.
