This role is not a paid role. This is important to note. It does have significant equity and the corresponding profit participation alongside founder.
Founder is experienced PE executive with interest in gaming. Ability to work under this supervision and ability to take technical ownership and credit.
Game storyline and GDD has been written by founder. Game involves base building. Experience or interest in this seen to be beneficial but not essential.
Process will involve initial meeting over Skype/teams where both parties provide credentials etc. If it looks like a suitable match, the process will evolve via Confidentiality Agreements from that stage.
