Rebelle 3 (Windows 10) is a watercolor paint program. It does not contain any built-in plugin option.
I have a specific brush & palette function I would like for it which would include multiple colors on the same brush. I would like a mod/plugin that is non-destructive or can be injected into it as they update often.
I have sent in this request to the developers but got no response from them after all this time. I just want this wonderful little function. I'm asking for this as an individual user who will share it to the community when it is done.
