Looking for a Programmer [UNPAID] job

Hi there,

I'm working on 3D platform game. I can't give much details about it, only to those interested.
I'm looking for a programmers to help me out. No beginners. I prefer working with someone who has built a full game (single player)

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this position, following requirements apply:

1. Ability to complete tasks with input/direction from management.
2. Clear communication and self starter - pushes to meet deadlines and contribute to the project.
3. Comfortable with working remotely and via Trello management system.
4. Proficient experience using the Unity Game Engine.
5. Proficient in C#
6. Appreciated but not required knowledge of the Italian language

It will also be nice to bounce some ideas off each other.
