Concept Artist Needed for Character Art (PAID) job

The assignment is to create character art for the main character Amir Kror Suri for an upcoming game that is being developed.

For the Artists:
Not much is known about Amir Kror Suri.
As per Pashtun mythology he was a legendary Warrior Poet that existed in the early to mid 700s
The personality of the character will be provided to the artist to help in the design process.
The price of the assignment will be fixed and will not be on a hourly basis.
The price is negotiable.
If you are considering to apply to this position read the personality given below and provide a barebones rough sketch of your idea of the character.

What is Needed:
An artist that is economical
Has an art style towards more realistic character art as opposed to a stylized style of art
The artist must be flexible as the design process will include revisions (Will not pay extra for revisions)

Amir Kror Suri Personality:
Amir Kror is an optimist, whose optimistism is tempered by his realism. He is an ambivert that has close circle of friends that he keeps to and is reserved with other people. Although he tries to avoid conflict but at times his temper gets the better of him and rarely does he keep his anger inward. He has a good sense of humor and is the life of the party among close friends and relatives. He never makes his loved ones alienated his presence calming. Does not care much for his perception in the eyes of other as long as he stay true to his own ideals and principles. When the need arises he does not cower but will always stand tall to defend his convictions or loved ones.
However, he has trouble in expressing himself and communicates it through his humor. He does not believe in being competitive with others. His age has given him wisdom to think before making snap judgements.
He will take criticism but only from his loved ones or those he deems worthy.
