I got kabounce last night and been playing on ps4 but got an update today so installed it then went back on it to find all my progress and unlocks have been wiped, if this is how your new game is gonna run then i expect a full refund as its a joke because my stats where amazing and i had legendary customizations that are all lost and what im now supposed to start again til it happens again on another update. This is the only game it has happened to me with and doesnt rate company very well if this is not dealt with immediately!!!
I know this is a bit late, we didn't receive a notification from this message. I've only just read it now, we're aware of what you've mentioned, it was an issue we resolved on day one that happened once for PS4 players unfortunately :(. In the future it's better to contact us through a direct message, Facebook, Twitter, Discord or email hello@stitchheads.com for these issues.
Hope it didn't ruin your experience too much, we really hated that we missed that issue initially and fixed it right away - so our sincere apologies.
