Code will be available for building Source SDK mods on Mac OS X "shortly after release", Alfred Reynolds has confirmed on hlcoders.

So there is yet time to wait for a linux porting.
As if Linux needed a straight port. Just use Cedega like everyone else.
Or crossovers.
