Modern Storyteller is an award-winning developer of narrative-driven games. Its first project was a mod, The Forgotten City, has been downloaded over 1.7 million, praised by PC Gamer, Kotaku and IGN, and was the first mod in history to win a national Writers' Guild award.
In 2018, Modern Storyteller announced its new game at E3's PC Gaming Show: The Forgotten City, a stand-alone re-imagining of the mod.
