Here is the concept drawing of this:
I know the colour is a bit off but oh well xD

the only things that look like they really need work on are the arms, "boots" and waist...
arms: Instead of straight arms, they need to have more of a muscular shape.
"boots": Need rounded at the top of the foot.
waist: needs more rounded to match the rest of the body.
A robot bee?
Now that you mentioned that it reminds me of Bubble Bee from transformers haha xD
