Welcome to the 6th Annual Indie of the Year Awards, a celebration of the years finest indie games chosen by you and us. For the next 4 weeks it is up to you to vote for your favorite indie games so that they may make the top 100 which will be announced on the 11th of December.

Last year we saw the popular free-to-win MMO Robocraft take out first place, followed with the tactical shooter Insurgency providing a noble runner up and Five Night's at Freddy's 1 & 2 finishing third on the podium. Remember every year on top of the players choice which ultimately decides our top 10 we also run an editor's choice where the folks at IndieDB choose our ten standout projects from across the board.

It's been a fantastic year for indie games and we look forward to counting your votes!

Welcome to the 2015 Indie of the Year awards, a chance for us humble players to vote for the games that brought us joy this year. For the next 30 days your votes are going to decide this years winner in the best upcoming and released categories. We shall also share our Editors Choice picks at the end of the December. Here is how it works.

Phase 1 - Nominations Begin

For the next 10 days, every indie game (see our year in review) on the site has a voting booth. Just click the big "vote now" button to show your love and help get your favorite games into the TOP 100.

Phase 2 - The TOP 100

After nominations have been tallied, the TOP 100 will be unveiled on the 11th of December and a final round of voting begins for 10 days to determine the 2015 victor.

Phase 3 - Indie of the Year 2015 Revealed

Cue the drumroll, because just around Christmas we are going to stop basting the turkey and surprise you by announcing the 2015 winners.
