Cause people doesn't know this character and think this addon is a spam with modified gohan :) (i didn't voted cuz idk this char and i can't evaluate on something idk xD)
Change attacks. Maybe people can put higher vote with new things :)

one wat celshades two grayson is my friend
Celshade is the glowing textures if you don't put it on a super saiyan his hair will be white if you put a special celshade his hair will be gold (exemple: celShadeSuperSaiyans.png) but a little hard to explain by comment x) see some script from the game and try to learn the most you can :D
Another advice: avoid to put characters nobody knows x) or you can't have a 10/10
