Makes various changes to Quaker540's Brutal Doom Addon, it was mainly designed for v10 to v13 before it became a Sub-mod. But may work with newer versions.
This file will guide you to all those Mutators. Let's start;
"BD_V19_Danny_Glover_Offend.PK3"
This Mutator will bring back the "Danny Glover" Offend sound used in old Brutal Doom versions.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_Permanent_Gore_Casings.PK3"
The title says it all. Blood, Gore & Casings will stay FOREVER! To make it work properly, you must type in your console "CL_MAXDECALS 0x7FFFFFFF (7 F's). Type it and enjoy full gory glory!

Same with "BD_V19_Quaker540_Permanent_Gore_Casings.PK3" but gore ONLY.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_Permanent_Casings_Decals.PK3"
Same with "BD_V19_Quaker540_Permanent_Gore_Casings.PK3" but Casings and decals ONLY.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_No_Screen_Effects.PK3"
Removes all bullet holes, screen cracks and blood from your visor
"BD_V19_Quaker540_NoFlares.PK3"
Removes all light flares.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_NoReloads.PK3"
Makes all Weapons fire as much ammo as you have in your Inventory without the need of Reload.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_NoSmoke.PK3"
Removes all smoke EVERYWHERE. This dramatically increases performance and visibility.

Makes all bullet decals to make a small splash damage like in V17.

Same with the original Mutator, just fixes some sounds that they weren't playing.

Makes blood stay on the ground for 4500 tics, like in V18.

Makes the Player uninvulnerable during fatalities. Currently in BETA state.

Mike12's Visor HUD, with HD stuff and more. This version works only for G/ZDoom.

Same with "GZDoom_BDV19_Quaker540_Mike12_Custom_VisorHUD.PK3", just for 4:3 screens. Zandronum compatible.

Same with "ZND_BDV19_Quaker540_Mike12_Custom_VisorHUD43.PK3", just for 16:9 screens. Zandronum compatible.

Makes all light sectors, lights and maps back in PSX Doom. Currently in BETA state.

Returns V19's Plasma Gun with some Touch-Ups.

Makes the Rail Gun much more deadly. There's a possibility to splatter enemies like Explosives plus easier to cut out enemies.

Removes all recoil.

Faster Minigun spin.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_Alternate_Pistol_Sprites.PK3"
Replaces the Silver Pistol sprites with the old Gold ones.

All monsters have the old vanilla behaviour, meaning that they are way easier.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_Nazi_Replacer.PK3"
Replaces the old Vanilla Nazis with the new ones like in V18.
"BD_V19_Quaker540_Justin_Bieber.PK3"
Replaces the Commander Keen Easter-Egg with Justin Bieber instead. Modified.
