This was a great world cup. The riots before game, The riots after game, amazing. The most memorable thing is Brazil lose 1-7 to Germany. For me, it's even more memorable than Nazi gassing Jews. One of the reason is that I am not old enough to experience the World War II. And even if I was that old, I think I would be busy dealing with Japanese those days. History is gone to the past. Forgiveness is the only thing we could do. We need to understand why and how we make those mistakes, and using this unfortunate knowledge to learn how to improve, and live in a more merry, more peaceful way.
So ... how did Brazil get crucified on the football field by Germany?
As an Asian, my first idea is, that Jesus statue causes bad luck. How come you build a giant statue like this about a dead guy posing a pose about how he got killed inhumanly? When you go out at night, don't you get a tiny heart attack when you see a giant dead unnaturally white guy staring at you from the top? Am I too religious? Uhh... Forgot my first idea.
The second idea I figure out, is that.. it's because Brazil CANNOT MOVE THEIR GOAL.
Yes. This is the only rational scientistic explanation. If they can move the goal, they can dodge all the shoot even if there is no goal keeper. And then that old mustachio Brazil guy won't have to cry like that hugging his fake World Cup trophy (which probably made in China but I don't know).
