Hello everyone!
We know it's been a long time since last update but have been working hard on our game. We have put together a little demo to show first gameplay footage of Yes, Your Grace!
If you follow us on Twitter or Facebook and you probably know that we have updated the graphics as well! If you haven't seen them, here they are:
We hope you like what you have seen, and we will appreciate any feedback you may have - either in comments, tweets, Facebook massage or email at braveatnight@gmail.com
We have also started devlog on TIGForums which you can find here.
Take care, and we will see you in the next update! :)
Brave at Night Studio.
WOW!
This looks really awesome. I've few questions:
1. Any ETA? I mean- this year, next year, year after that?
2. Will throne room be modifiable? I'm thinking civilization style here ;)
3. Will this game feature some sort of progression? I see that we start with some kind of feudal kingdom, will it be possible to move toward renaissance?
4. How much will it cost?
Thanks in advance and good luck!
Ah- one more thing- have You- by any chance- been inspired by King of Dragon Pass?
First of all - thanks! We appreciate the kind words and as for the answers to your questions:
1. Well, hopefully late summer next year.
2. We assume you mean modifiable as in different "civilizations", so that you can play as different kings, factions / races. The game is more story based than we have seem to described, so it's quite difficult to achieve it from that point of view.
3. The game world is inspired by Slavic Mythology, so it will be based around that. No civilization progression will take place.
4. There is no price set yet, but you can expect it to be similar to most indie games. We are considering some crowdfunding campaign in the near future :)
5. We are inspired by games like Papers, Please, The Witcher (theme) and various board games (Robinson Crusoe, Runewars etc.) We did have some contact with King of Dragon Pass, but once we were well into the game production.
Thanks for answers, although at "2." I've actually meant modifying throne room as in Sid Meier's Civilization (1, 2 and 3 as far as I remember). Because it seems like main (or actually- only) location in game, so possibility to modify it would be really neat (whether it'd have some meaning, or would be purely cosmetical).
Anyway- once more, good luck- I'm really anticipating this game.
Alright, that's a good point actually. We will have this in mind! Thanks!
