Planned server outage on Sunday starting at 9:00 AM PST or 12:00 noon EST or 5:00 PM GMT. We are moving our servers from Dallas to Portland, OR and as a result the game and other web services will be down and/or interrupted for up to 24 hours.
As we have been warning you, on Sunday 12/22/2019 starting at 9:00 AM PST or 12:00 noon EST or 5:00 PM GMT the live game server will be coming down. Although most of the back of the house work in moving our colo from Dallas to Portland has already been completed, one of the final pieces is moving the campaign and live server data to their new home on new servers.
We will keep you updated on the progress of the shutdown through Discord, Facebook and our forums (note that the forums may also be down for part of the day).
We are pleased to let you know that the Training Server will remain open for play during the move. Take this opportunity to log into the Training Server and sharpen your skills!
Our goal is to restart Campaign #170 where we left off. We will give the community 1 hour notice of the restart to the Campaign.
We expect the outage to last no more than 24 hours but as you can imagine we cannot guarantee that. On the flip side, don't be surprised if we are back operational in half that time.... We just don't know.
Remember when the servers come back up that "Server Time" or "Game Time" will now be on PST (Pacific Standard Time). To see the Server Time when your in-game just open the chat bar and type .time
