Hello, I think I'll get to this project once more. I've (kinda) decided the visual style of this game is going to be lowpoly (kinda like the crab put with textures) the development of this game will go extremely slow "because the lack of programmer(s)" I used to deal with visual scripting before but I've decided to change because of the limitation. I'll be learning C# and hopefully I'll be able to get everything works the way I want to. I'll be posting concept art/models/maps...etc more often but you won't see a lot of gameplay going on soon :/
Thank you :)
Big thanks to my followers who kept me motivated specially anders1319.
Hey there mate, I'm not extremely experienced with making 'monsters', but I can help you design a couple of models if you wish. Perhaps suggest what kind of monster you want me to make and I will make it. I'm thinking of something like a plant creature.
If you think about it, leaves are fairly easy to create, so, perhaps a tree monster.
can I help in the game devolopment?
Wierd. We have the crab that has the nice low-poly, flat texture, and the dinosaur that looks like it is from an early version of some AAA games.
Are you changing the aesthetic of this game?
Actually, the crab shouldn't be lowpoly. It was a quick prototype to run the game and check if all the mechanics will work on the way I want. I hope this wouldn't discourage u :/
I'm not sure with which style I should stick with. To me, I think I'll improve the dino and keep it that way more like a (realistic) style. Modeling monsters in lowpoly is kinda painful rig :/
Oh. :( I quite liked the low-poly look. Oh well.
Have you a specific or general date for release of a playable version? I really want to try this out!
Hopefully this week or the next one!
Sweet, cant wait!
oops didnt login :P
