The Russian Federation has suffered for too long, Now it's leaders have united with the Chinese and the Indians to form their new Alliance, The Beijing Accord.
The Russian Federation has a focus on Cryotechnology, or Ice warfare. Using it's advanced Ice weapons, such as it's Icicle warhead, to freeze their enemies in place allowing their forces to shatter their enemies.
